Monday Residencies
The Monday Residency has been created for a very small number of photographers and content creators who want to use Mondays Content Co as an extension of their own business.
Rather than hiring a different location every time you shoot, or taking on the cost of your own permanent studio, you'll have a bank of hours at Mondays, every month, at an exclusive Resident rate giving you a consistent, beautifully designed space to bring your clients back to again and again.
Mondays is being purpose-built to give you multiple locations within one space: the main-character CEO Boardroom, the magazine-style living area, a fashion-designer's changing room, the glam-space, sheer drapes, movable furniture, styling pieces and an extensive prop library.
The idea we had was simple: one booking can create content that looks like it was shot across multiple different locations.

You can use your hours however suits your business, subject to studio availability.
Residencies will initially run on a minimum three-month commitment, paid monthly in advance.
Additional hours can be booked at the Resident rate, subject to availability — if you know you need them, secure them.

Let's circle back on Mondays
A relationship that works both ways
We want this relationship to work both ways. As Mondays grows, solo business owners and brands will inevitably come to us wanting to create content but needing somebody to actually photograph or film them.
Rather than simply handing them a list of strangers, we want to have a small group of photographers and content creators whose work we know and genuinely want to recommend. So when you bring your clients to Mondays, Mondays grows. And when somebody comes to Mondays looking for somebody who does what you do, we can send them back your way.
This is why we're deliberately keeping the Residency small. There's no value in calling Mondays your studio base if you can never actually get into the diary.
Make your Mondays profit you
What you charge your own clients is completely up to you
If you want to include Mondays within your existing shoot package, charge your customer a separate location fee or build a margin into the package, that is your business. Our commercial relationship is with you.
The intention is for having access to Mondays to become something that adds value to your offering, rather than simply being another monthly expense.
